Having an instant screen is gratifying, but expensive. If expectations are not urgent and waiting a few years to reach maturity is an option, using smaller size plants will save on both the cost of the hedges and labor in planting them.
Here are some of the standard sizes available, from a 15 gallon (approximately 6’ tall x 1’ wide) to 48” box size (20’ plus tall x 4’ wide).
